"While the cast is all smiles on the outside, the level of dislike is unbelievable. No-one is having a good time on this shoot. The crew have taken to calling her [SJP] ‘Carrie Sadshaw’. When she doesn’t have to be ‘on’ in her scenes, she looks so sad. Kim has been taking every chance to snipe."
