Judge Judy Sheindlin is sued over CBS $95 million purchase of her show's library rights

Rebel Entertainment Partners, a talent agency, claims they are owed 5% of profits from when Judge Judy Sheindlin bought and then later sold her show's library rights back to CBS for about $95 million. Rebel alleges

that CBS' former boss Les Moonves 'seriously underestimated' the value of the show's library when they sold the rights to Sheindlin in 2015. Rebel, a talent agency, says it is a profit participant of the show and is entitled to 5 percent of all profits.
