"Dan Lauria and Judith Light in Lombardi? It sounds like an ABC Afterschool Special!" an insider scoffs. "Al Pacino as an old Jew! Do I really want to sit through The Merchant of Venice again? "Do I want to see Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson? Who's going to buy a ticket to that? All those kids they're turning away from American Idiot?
